- ... asks questions that helps the student figure out the real problems.
- ... suggests solutions to each problem, to find one that fits.
- ... turns these solutions into specific goals with deadlines.
- ... turns goals into commitments, and holds the student to them!
It's a real commitment to being a great teacher, listener, coach, and mentor.
It requires steady hours every week with almost no exceptions.
