We need to remember that every communication, be it word of mouth or as impersonal as an email, represents us to the world and can be revisited in time. It is too easy to blast out an impersonal email and realise in 2 weeks time that you had created 10 enemies.
Best treat each communication like a communication with your grandma - simple, caring and ment from the heart.
